Iduvina Hernandez Batres. Mujer guatemalteca, defensora de derechos humanos. Fundadora y directora de la organización, Seguridad en Democracia (SEDEM), integrante de la Red ALAS, FOSS y Convergencia por los DDHH. Periodista y columnista de opinión, especializada en investigación de fuerzas de seguridad e inteligencia.

Guatemalan woman, human rights defender. Founder and director of the organization Security in Democracy (SEDEM), member of the ALAS Network, FOSS and Convergence for Human Rights. Journalist and opinion columnist, specialized in the investigation of the security and intelligence forces.

Alfredo Dorea Souza. Brasileño, activista para la diversidad, el dialogo ínter-religioso y la lucha contra la delincuencia organizada. Coordinador del Programa de Protección de Niñas Niños y adolescentes amenazados de muerte. Miembro de la Red ALAS y de IBCM en atención a personas empobrecidas afectadas por el VIH SIDA.

Brazilian, activist for diversity, inter-religious dialogue and the fight against organized crime. Coordinator of the Program for the Protection of Girls and Adolescents Threatened with Death. Member of the ALAS Network and IBCM in care of impoverished people affected by HIV AIDS.

Isabel Zuleta: Fellow 2020 del Fondo Resiliencia y vocera de las comunidades afectadas por el mega proyecto hidroeléctrico del Hidrotuango, el más grande de Colombia. Movimiento Ríos Vivos fue galardonado en el 2019 con el Premio Nacional de Derechos Humanos de Colombia y el Premio Público por La Paz en 2019. Isabel es una víctima del conflicto armado y ha dedicado su vida a estudiar su relación con las políticas de minería y energía, y la presencia de grupo criminales.

Isabel Zuleta is a 2020 Resilience Fund fellow and spokeswoman for the communities affected by the Hidroituango megaproject – the largest hydroelectric project in Colombia. Her resistance movement, Movimiento Ríos Vivos, has been awarded the 2018 Colombia’s National Prize for Defence of Human Rights as well the Public Price for Peace in 2019. Isabel is herself a victim of the armed conflict and has been dedicated to studying its relationship with the mining-energy policy in Colombia as well as the presence of criminal groups.

Silber Meza. Periodista y activista en temas anticorrupción, transparencia y defensa de los Derechos Humanos. Ha ganado los premios Nacional de Periodismo de México, Alemán de Periodismo Walter Reuter, Sociedad Interamericana de Prensa, entre otros. Actualmente es director de Iniciativa Sinaloa, A.C., organización que se dedica a lograr cambios anticorrupción a través del periodismo de incidencia y de la investigación aplicada.

Journalist and activist on anti-corruption, transparency and defense of Human Rights issues. He has won the National Journalism Award of Mexico, the Walter Reuter German Journalism Prize, the Inter American Press Association Prize, among others. He is currently director of the Sinaloa Initiative, A.C., an organization that is dedicated to achieving anti-corruption changes through advocacy journalism and applied research.
